FOREIGN WORKER PROGRAM

This program ensures LFI offer specialized service to clients as it relates to: Visitor Extensions, All Work Visa Types inclusive of Short-Term Work Permits, Temporary Permits and BH-1B and BH-4S Visas, Citizenship, Permanent Residence, Homeowner Resident Cards, Trusted Traveler Permit and Requests for Special Permission to Visit.

We partner with clients to successfully submit and provide a seamless process based on individual or agency needs for either of the following. Please note that we process ALL application types, the below list is our most popular and in the case of Commercial Enterprises, new programs:

Short-term work permit (emergency) - foreign worker needed for short term basis for 1 to 30 days.

Short-term work permit - foreign worker needed for a short-term work permit for a period exceeding 30 days but not more than 90 days.

Annual Work Permit - foreign worker needed on an annual basis.

BH-1B Work Visa - A Specified Commercial Enterprise requiring foreign labor to work solely within the enterprise under one of the specified work categories as stipulated in the Commercial Enterprises Bill 2017.

INVESTOR PROGRAM

Clients desiring to invest in The Bahamas and qualify for permanent residence in The Bahamas based on investment with the right to work in said investment.

Individuals residing in The Bahamas for a specified time period in a particular number of years and qualify for permanent residence in The Bahamas.

Clients whose income and assets are outside of The Bahamas but have made an investment in The country i.e a home that meets the dollar threshold and desire permanent residence without the right to work in The Bahamas.

EXECUTIVE SUITE PROGRAM

Trusted Traveler Program (TTP)- Executives or key stakeholders in organizations entering for the purpose of meetings  with staff for a period of not more that fourteen

(14) days.

Re-Entry Permit (REP) Program - Renewal of work permits not processed in a time frame to accommodate the travel plans of permit holders who have applied fo renewal , this document allows the applicant to travel outside of the country and re-enter without hassle.

Electronic Entry Permit (EEP) Program -Document issued to approved first time work permit holders that need to enter the country in the absence of the physical work permit.

BH-4S Visa - A permit to reside for dependents of workers holding BH-1B Work Visas.
